Pastor Michael Luckett Sr. is a devoted servant of God, faithfully serving as an Elder, Minister, and teacher of the Gospel. A passionate leader with a heart for people, he has dedicated his life to ministry, mentorship, and spiritual restoration.
His journey of faith began during his time in the United States Air Force, where he served from February 1985 to October 1990. It was during these formative years that Elder Luckett encountered Christ and began a transformative spiritual walk.
In October 1995, he was appointed as one of the first Deacons at New Life Deliverance Temple Church in Navarre, Florida. After completing Ministerial Leadership Training, he was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel in December 1996. Sensing the call of God to continue his mission in Texas, Elder Luckett relocated to San Angelo, where he was ordained as an Elder in March 2020.
Elder Luckett is deeply committed to serving others. His ministry includes working with young adults, directing choirs, organizing church events, ministering to incarcerated individuals, and providing support to pastors. Through these experiences, he has developed a well-rounded perspective on leadership and the many facets of church ministry.
In 2017, Elder Luckett married Minister Tiwana Luckett of San Angelo, Texas. Together, they are raising a blended family of five children, united in faith and purpose.
He is driven by the mission of Remnant Restoration Church: “To bring back those who are lost or broken through the love of Jesus Christ.” Above all, Elder Luckett believes that true ministry begins with a compassionate heart for God’s people—a principle he strives to embody in every aspect of his service.

Co- Pastor Tiwana Luckett is a native of San Angelo, Texas, born into a family deeply rooted in both ministry and music. Drawing from her rich spiritual heritage, she has dedicated her life to empowering others—particularly women—through the transformative power of the Gospel.
In 2002, Tiwana founded the New Birth Women’s Conference, inspired by a God-given vision to uplift and restore women from all walks of life. Officially launched in 2004, the annual conference has become a powerful platform for healing, deliverance, and spiritual renewal.
Tiwana was licensed as a minister in 2006 while faithfully serving at New Birth Full Gospel Assembly under the leadership of Pastor Leo McCarty and Co-Pastor Sharon McCarty. Since then, she has continued to preach, teach, and mentor with boldness and compassion.
Today, she and her husband, Elder Michael Luckett Sr., are active members of Emmanuel Apostolic Church in Converse, Texas, serving under Pastor Bradly Evens and First Lady Teshawn Evens. Together, they are raising a blended family of five children and are united in ministry and purpose.
In addition to her ministry work, Tiwana is committed to personal growth and academic achievement. She earned her Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification from TSTC in Sweetwater in 2007 and is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management from Penn Foster.
