Serving with faith. Leading with love.
The Remnant Restoration Church is led by Pastor Michael Luckett, Sr. and First Lady Tiwana Luckett — two people whose road to this congregation runs through the Air Force, a nursing classroom, a women's conference, and more than thirty years of ministry between them.

Michael Luckett, Sr.
Elder · Minister · Teacher of the Gospel
A leader with a heart for people, Pastor Luckett has given his life to ministry, mentorship, and the slow work of spiritual restoration.
His walk with Christ began in uniform. He served in the United States Air Force from February 1985 to October 1990, and it was during those years that he came to faith — the beginning of everything that followed.
In October 1995 he was appointed one of the first Deacons at New Life Deliverance Temple Church in Navarre, Florida. He completed Ministerial Leadership Training and was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel in December 1996. Sensing a call to carry the work into Texas, he moved to San Angelo, where he was ordained an Elder in March 2020.
His service has taken many shapes over the years: walking alongside young adults, directing choirs, organizing the life of the church, ministering to men and women who are incarcerated, and supporting other pastors in their own work. Taken together, those roles have given him an unusually complete view of what church leadership actually asks of a person.
He married Minister Tiwana Luckett of San Angelo in 2017. They are raising a blended family of five children.
What drives him is the charge the church takes its name from — to bring back those who are lost or broken through the love of Jesus Christ. He holds that real ministry starts with a compassionate heart for God's people, and he works to carry that into every part of his service.

Tiwana Luckett
Minister · Founder, New Birth Women's Conference
A San Angelo native raised in a family rooted in both ministry and music, First Lady Luckett has spent her life drawing on that heritage to empower others — women above all.
In 2002 she received a vision to lift up and restore women from every walk of life, and founded the New Birth Women's Conference. It launched officially in 2004, and has grown into an annual gathering given to healing, deliverance, and spiritual renewal.
She was licensed as a minister in 2006 while serving faithfully at New Birth Full Gospel Assembly, under the leadership of Pastor Leo McCarty and Co-Pastor Sharon McCarty. In the years since she has preached, taught, and mentored with boldness and compassion.
Alongside the ministry work she has kept building — earning her Licensed Vocational Nurse certification from TSTC in Sweetwater in 2007, and currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Management through Penn Foster.
Servant-leader, wife, and mother, she pours herself into the people around her through faith, education, and purposeful ministry.

A household before a headline.
Married in 2017 and raising a blended family of five, they lead this church the same way they built their home — together, and in plain clothes as often as in the pulpit.
